It all started in 2019 with a small bakery and two brothers who wanted more than just good bread. Fresh, handmade, and full of ideas — but it quickly became clear: bread alone wasn’t enough. What was missing? A brunch spot that brings tradition and modern vibes together.

In 2022 Café Factory was born — a family-driven project with attitude, heart, and a hunger for more. Since then, we haven’t just been baking — we’ve been creating experiences. And you can taste it.
